Isle of Wight Vacations provides self-catering holiday accommodation on the Isle of Wight. We own and manage a number of properties and provide a holiday lettings management service for other property owners. If this property is not available for the dates you require, please contact us as we may have others available. Most of our properties can be booked via AirBnb or TripAdvisor at a lower rate. They can also be booked direct with us if you contact us through our website, without booking fees. We can also book discounted ferry tickets with either Wightlink or Red Funnel, subject to availability. Early booking is essential during school holidays.

This luxury 2-bedroom lodge at Lower Hyde in Shanklin is in a quiet location overlooking open fields. The lodge sleeps 4. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and shower. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, TV and wardrobes. There is a separate bathroom with toilet and large shower cubicle. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, integrated oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay. There is also a small breakfast bar and a small utility room with sink and washing machine. The living room area has leather sofas, TV with Freesat and an electric feature fireplace. The dining area has a free-standing dining table, seating 4. Patio doors lead out to a large, decked area with outdoor seating overlooking neighbouring fields and a shaded seating area. This lodge has a private parking space outside. To the side of the lodge is a large, grassed area. Well behaved dogs are allowed in this caravan. Please do let us know if you are bringing a dog. There is free wifi throughout the property. Beds will be made prior to your arrival. We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen. Please note that bath and beach towels are not provided. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits will be available in the caravan for your arrival. We can book discounted ferry tickets for you with either Wightlink or Red Funnel, please ask once you have completed your booking. Lower Hyde Holiday Park has a bar and restaurant, children's play area, football and basketball pitches, and swimming pool. Passes for the resort facilities and entertainment can be purchased at reception. Please note that resort facilities are open from mid-March to October half-term only, and are provided by the holiday park, not by us, so we cannot quote prices or opening times.

Shanklin is a popular seaside town in the South of the Isle of Wight and is the sunniest place in England. The seafront with sandy beaches, crazy golf, amusement arcades and cafes is a few minutes' drive from our lodge. Shanklin town centre has a wide range of shops and cafes, and Shanklin Old Village, with its thatched tea-rooms, pubs and gift shops, is very popular. Rhylstone Tea Gardens has crazy golf and award-winning gardens - you might even see red squirrels! Also visit Shanklin Chine, a tree lined gorge with waterfall, which has been a tourist attraction for over 200 years - visit again in the evening when the chine is lit up. Shanklin also has a lovely traditional theatre, where many famous comedians, bands and others perform.
